Return Policy - Artworks may be returned for any reason within one calendar month of delivery. Round trip shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Procedures - Artworks must be returned by a reliable carrier, eg Australia Post or McCaffertys within Australia; or UPS internationally.

Freight Carrier - All orders shipped by Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

Duties and Taxes - GST (Goods & services tax) was introduced in Australia from 1 July 2000. It is currently charged at 10%. Customer is responsible for any and all Duties and/or Taxes on export shipments out of Australia. All questions regarding duty and taxes should be directed to the customs office of the country to which the shipment will be delivered.
